This is my 9th year of teaching at Carden Conejo, teaching 1st grade for 3 years, and 4th and 5th grades for one year each.  This is my fourth year teaching 3rd grade.

I am married with one daughter, Samantha.  Now attending the University of Hawaii at Manoa in Honolulu, Sam attending Carden Conejo from Pre-Kindergarten with Ms. David through 5th grade with Mrs. Sharma.  This is when I fell in love with Carden Conejo School, its staff, facilities, and the Language Arts program.   While Sam was attending Carden, I was actively involved in the CCPA for several years as Room Parent Coordinator and Co-President.

In my spare time, I love to hike, mountain bike, and read a good book at the beach.  I spend my school breaks on the beautiful islands of Oahu and Maui with my family.

My Teacher Goals for the 2025/2026 School Year

• Motivate your child to be an enthusiastic learner and critical thinker.
  
• Academically prepare your child with the tools that they will need to be successful in fourth grade.
  
• Develop strong organization skills and help each child be responsible for their own productivity.
  
• Emphasize Carden’s Manners and Morals.
  
• Build strong relationships between teacher and student and build strong friendships with their classmates.
